privacy

sometimes i am way too open with things.  just look at some of my blog posts--i hold nothing back.  i tell it like it is.  i rarely sugar coat anything.  it's my blog and how i want to do things.  i don't believe in censorship (i even have a shirt that says, "i read banned books").  so, i refuse to censor myself.  with that said though, maybe i should learn to filter myself.  not post everything about everything and everybody.  mostly this has to do with M.  i won't give him a link to my personal blog (the one you are reading at this very moment) because there is stuff on there that i would rather tell him when the time is right instead of him having to read about it online.  makes sense...  but then why do i let the world read these personal thoughts?  i have so many "ghost"readers--it's crazy.  i wish these people would just publicly follow my blog so i knew who they were.  why are they so interested in my craziness life?  i don't post this stuff for others to read.  i know that sounds weird, but my blog and my writing is my therapy.  sure, several of my close friends get the blog right in their inbox.  i like that they know what is going on with me.  it saves having to call all of them and update them on my dates or work or whatever.  M knows i have this blog and that i have written about him.  i told him i didn't use his name and that i haven't included every single detail.  but once again, this is my blog, and i'll write what i want.  i just need to keep in mind to be respectful of his privacy too.  on the subject of the "ghost" readers, i'm seriously thinking of making this blog only for certain readers.  i know i'm contradicting myself because there was a time when i really wanted readers.  now that i've got them they are annoying me.  they won't follow publicly and never comment.  what's the point of readers if they aren't going to make themselves known?  anyway, this has been a bunch of random thoughts about privacy.  just some things i needed to get out so i could make sense of them (i hope i made sense to my friends who read this).

speaking of M (i can't resist), we had another great date last night.  he really is fun to be around and he's so sweet.  i've always wanted to be treated like a princess, maybe i've found the guy who will do that (without letting it go to my head)!
